What’re the best tools for selling on Walmart?
Consumers have become accustomed to convenient shipping, so displaying the 2-day shipping badge on your Walmart listings is like having the Prime badge on Amazon: critical to becoming successful. In fact, the 2-day shipping badge typically unlocks double-digit growth rates.
Deliverr is a leading 3PL that offers Amazon-like fulfillment for Walmart (and other channels) that allows you to enable the 2-day fulfillment badge on your Walmart listings. It’s simple: once you’ve signed up and set up your account, you’ll ship your inventory into Deliverr and they’ll take care of fulfillment from there - just like FBA. In most categories, Deliverr’s fees are comparable to FBA.
Notable customers include etailz and Equinox International, a top 20 and top 1000 Amazon seller, respectively.

If you don’t have an appetite for a 3PL, you can certainly fulfill Walmart orders out of your own warehouse. Walmart allows you to print shipping labels within Seller Center but it tends to be glitchy so if you don’t yet have an automated shipping label generator, you might want to consider leveraging ShippingEasy or ShipStation.
Both tools integrate with Walmart (in addition to other high value channels such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.) so your Walmart orders will automatically flow into ShippingEasy or ShipStation where you can then batch process your shipping labels with ease. They’re both affordable (ShippingEasy has a free plan for smaller sellers and ShipStation only starts at $9) and are well worth the investment.
Listing on Walmart is one the most challenging steps to launching on the marketplace. The bugs are endless, products don’t save, and customer support can’t do much. Thankfully, Zentail and Sellbrite are able to bypass most of the Seller Center bugs by integrating directly into Walmart’s API.
By uploading your products directly into Zentail or Sellbrite and then publishing to Walmart from their interfaces, you’ll significantly increase your listing success rate. Additionally, both solutions integrate with Deliverr and ShipStation to further automate your workflows.
Sellbrite is a more simpler, affordable solution for smaller sellers with smaller catalogs. There are many cheap listing tools on the market, but Sellbrite offers the highest quality solution by a long shot.
Zentail is a much more powerful solution for established sellers with more complex workflows and needs. It can take your Amazon catalog and automatically remap it for Walmart so you can bulk publish. It comes at a premium but delivers premium results with a more hands-on approach to help with onboarding and ongoing customer support. If you’re generating over $1m in annual revenue, it’s worth the investment.
It’s proven: product reviews lead to increased sales. In fact, after just a single product review, Walmart sellers see a 10% lift in orders. And after 50 reviews, they see a 30% lift in orders. There’s no doubt that reviews are invaluable. So how do you get them?
Bazaarvoice has a network of over 1 billion consumers that you can leverage by sending free samples in exchange for authentic, user-generated content and reviews. Bazaarvoice will even ensure your samples are sent to targeted consumers that are most likely to meet your demographic. The consumers will then try your product, leave an honest review, and possibly even answer prospective customer questions.
